I believe what she was trying to achieve was, well, some people who have been injured or traumatised might find it difficult to complete day-to-day tasks without assistance, and that was what she was trying to help everyone with. Was that the right approach and did you need it or not? I don't know, I'm not qualified to answer that question nor do I know anyone who was there on a personal level; but I believe I know what she was trying to achieve. I may be wrong.
