1) Because Bayer (the company behind Roundup) denied the risks of Roundup for years, and 2) getting rid of Roundup wouldn't be profitable. Sure, the quote-on-quote "losses" in money is money that doesn't exist; rather just a decrease in how much money they make overall, but apparently Bayer thinks that your life or my life or anyone's life isn't equal to (in value) the money it makes. The life of the average person has a pricetag on it, in their eyes.
