Click on the HEX box, that allows you to choice what colour you wanna "try" to get, and well you can put hex codes in the normal digit set, but if you put a seventh one, then use the fill tool it breaks, ie: "00ff000", instead of "00ff00", it will do a lot... Yet what it does is take the most dominate colour and plaster that in the more empty spots, then takes any other exposed colours and just drags them from the top down..... Yet mix that with the click, drag tool and it basically adds to it.....
