Mainly we have to understand how the Human (Yes the protag is a ykw human) came to the Yo-kai world for this 2-year developing AU. Yo-kai in the human world were being hunted, so then: like Undertale: a war started, the yo-kai were driven back into their world, isolated. then a human, one from "America" and one from Japan, both find the yo-kai world, the one from America is Chara for this AU.
