Ninten Sprite V4

Description: I almost completely redid the hat, legs, and face. I also removed a lot of the shading, but a shaded version can be found when you edit the sprite. - Tristan (Yes, the one that made the original 3, some dumb Sonic OCs, and Ness sprites.)
