It is unlikely that it was Foxlynn, because the way bans work on Fandom.com is bans are IP-based, so it would ban Foxlynn`s entire address as a whole, though if we look at the actual account Foxlynn uses, it does not have the "blocked" tag. I could point out numerous other reasons why it is not Foxlynn, but I have to leave.
