I've had drift problems with my Switch for a little while now. The joycons don't need the button to be pressed to slide off, barely any force is required to get them loose thanks to the little "switched guard" being a toothpick. There's a scratch on my screen. The battery lasts for a single hour and that's it. I've had my Switch since 2018, so... yeah.
