That's NOT character development, that's pre-established fact, that he is "Strong" honestly, none of Undertale's characters LEARN ANYTHING AND GROW AS PEO- MONSTERS! They don't develop, and if Frisk just didn't kill anyone and left, doing pure pacifist, but the monsters don't escape, the game would be the EXACT SAME. The characters wouldn't change at all. It's dumb as fuck, and Undertale's "Writing" if you can call it that pisses me off. -T
