My opinions: Toriel: One of the few that work. Papyrus: Too annoying. Needs to just be toned down a bit. Sans: No. Undyne: Never liked her. Alphys: Worst. Character. Muffet: Perfectly creepy and I love it. Needed more screen time. Mettaton: Awful. Good representation of stars nowaday. Burgerpants: Honestly relateable. Asgore: Tragic. Excellent. Good comic relief.
