My very first game was based off the characters in an already fantasy roleplay I had going with someone. So the main character was Kayla, the Dark Lord was a character named Yul and the Great Sage/Darker Lord was a character named Grey. (Not PAM's Grey, obviously. Also, Kayla was the only character in there from my side of the roleplay, everything else was from the other guy's character arsenal.)
