Concept Ideas I made for A Crossover Story of Kaiba and Persona 5 Part 1. Not Written Professionally, Might Make into a Comic Series Another Time. (all in the description, not finished.) (Spoilers for both.)

Description: Before they (The Phantom Thieves) all split apart, with only about 1/2 months left, a new metaverse problem occurs. Showing a being slowly creating this metaverse and ranting about how Maruki and Yaldaboth have both failed to rule the metaverse because of the Phantom Theives. It does not reveal who they are yet until later in the story. This being wants to create a metaverse in which everything changes to be his ideal world, and eventually making the metaverse become reality, killing anyone they think is going to try and stop them. This metaverse that is being created has made it so palaces that have already been taken care of can now be re-entered but they are still destroyed, however, if everybody who knows about the palace has forgotten about it, or forgot about the ruler entirely, the palace is now gone forever no matter what. In this new metaverse, anyone who enters will be "modified" until they have left the metaverse. This modification has made it so everyone has a chip in their head that is keeping their conciousness and memories. These chips can be taken out and moved to a new body to control that new body. That should explain some parts of this new metaverse, once the metaverse merges into reality once more, this will become the new reality. Before showing the Phantom Thieves, it shows someone underwater traveling then finding a lifeless body, they then say something along the lines of "I shouldn't just leave them here, I have to do something about this." It then shows the Phantom Thieves hanging out together, they would just be doing something normal. A girl that seems younger than them, goes up to them trying to sell them homemade snacks, she then says that her name is Chroniko. The Phantom Thieves deny her offer and Chroniko walks away with acceptance. Even after she walks away, its shown that she still offers these homemade snacks to other people, even if they are rude to her. At least a few days go by and Joker (Akira/Ren, will be referring to Joker through the entire thing for now) and Morgana start walking home for the night, throughout the day however, it feels like someone had been following them, especially Joker and Morgana, even while they were walking home for the night. Getting close to Leblanc, Morgana saw a figure following them, somebody tall and wide, dressed in all black. Morgana told Joker that someone was following them so Joker started walking faster, the figure starts walking faster aswell. For the saftey of Leblanc, and themselves, they run off to a different direction of Leblanc so whoever this is wont follow them right back home. The two get to the station and don't see this figure anywhere, after a little bit, they head back home, with no signs of this person anywhere. The next day, Joker and Morgana went out to the Red Light District alone, they then see Chroniko with two men, seemingly in their 20s or older. These men were cornering her. Joker goes up to them and they go away saying one last thing to Chroniko, they said something along the lines of: "if you ever wanna make a bit more money, just come back and find us here". Chroniko thanks Joker for helping her with those men. It's revealed that the men was trying to get Chroniko to "show off her body." Chroniko then tells them that she should start heading home and says that she will be okay. The next day, after school, Joker and Morgana go to Kichijoji. They wonder around a bit and they could see that figure again, instead of all black, they are wearing something that doesnt stand out much but they still cannot see who they are. They then walk away, this figure continues to follow them until eventually chasing them. Joker and Morgana run to an alley and see a wall that isn't normal, it's wavy and partly red. They go towards the wall and Joker cautiously puts his hand on it, his hand goes right through. Joker and Morgana then decides to go in. They go through the wall, cautiously. They entered in an area with a dark scenery and a strange structure. Morgana and Joker was in their metaverse form, leaving them to be confused. Something comes up to them, seemingly a shadow, and says that they have entered an area where the Phantom Theives are unable to go, and for they are going to be eliminated no matter what. Joker and Morgana fight it off and then leave. When they left, the wall stayed the same, Joker looks at his phone and there was no metaverse app. They go home, still in confusion. The next day after school, Joker went to Sumire because she wanted to tell him something. When he got there, Joker and Morgana could see Chroniko and Sumire. Sumire says that Chroniko wanted to talk to him, but since she didn't have his number, she found one of his friends and asked them if she can see Joker. Chroniko then says that she saw Joker and Morgana go into the wall yesterday and saw them come back out, she then said that the figure that was following them had been waiting for then to come back out to follow them again, eventually leaving before Joker and Morgana came back out of the wall. Sumire then says that Chroniko told her that she went into one of these walls too and thinks something should be done about it. Morgana then says that as soon as they can, they will discuss it in a meeting. Chroniko says that whatever this is, she wants to help them however she can. Morgana says that it's possible she may not be able to help, but can show her where Leblanc is. (Anything Morgana says is being "translated" by either Joker or Sumire) They decide to do the meeting now to discuss what has happened, so Joker, Morgana, Sumire, and Chroniko head to Leblanc. When they get there, they saw Akechi there, waiting for them. Joker points out specifically that Akechi was killed in Shido's palace and also shouldn't be here because Maruki's reality no longer exists. Akechi then states that it isn't actually him and claims himself to be someone named Kaiba. "Akechi" then says that he should probably explain to all of the Phantom Thieves at once. Morgana then says that they were going to call a meeting anyway. Some time passes and they were all there. They were confused as to why Akechi was here and waits for him to finally explain. "Akechi" then explains why he is here right now even after the incident at Shido's palace and after Maruki's reality had been destroyed. He says once more that he is actually "Kaiba" and says that he had found Akechi's lifeless body and decided to try and get his memories and conciousness back. He explains that he has gone through many of the past palaces to find somebody, but found Akechi. He then says that he overheard that the Phantom Thieves are being tracked down and going to be eliminated, he says that the one that will be going in the normal world and tracking them down is named Vanilla. Morgana says that he and Joker has been followed for the past few days, Ryuji said that he has seen a figure watching him when he is at the gym, Ann said she has seen a figure follow her around, Yusuke said he has seen a figure watching him in the underground walkway, Makoto said she saw a glimpse of someone watching her from behind a wall, Haru said that she has seen this figure in front of her home sometimes, Sumire said she has seen this figure watching her in Kichijoji, and Futaba said that she has seen this figure in front of her house staring at her window. Akechi (Kaiba) says that may highly be Vanilla waiting for the pefect moment to either capture them, or attack them. Chroniko says that even though she isn't a Phantom Theif, this figure has followed her around and has said that she is a pretty girl and that he can help her out anytime. Akechi (Kaiba) says that he doesn't know why he would say that and why he would even worry about her. Akechi (Kaiba) says that someone has started to have a control over the metaverse once more, but changing the metaverse to appeal to their ideal world before merging with this reality once more. He says he doesn't know what this new reality will be, but knowing it wont be good. Ryuji then says something along the lines of "we seriously have to get back in the metaverse again to take yet ANOTHER evil dude out?" Akechi (Kaiba) says that they saw a perfect opportunity to do this and went forward with their plan to create a reality that appeals to them. Akechi (Kaiba) says that they should do something immediately and he will help however he can and will try to get Akechi back. Chroniko says that even if she shouldn't be in the metaverse, she will do her best to try and help them however she can, whether it's supplying them, or simply just trying to distract this "Vanilla". Akechi (Kaiba) says that whoever the leader of the Phantom Theives is should decide, he says that he will be paying attention to his phone (Akechi's phone) for any sort of texts. Ann suggests that Chroniko should share her number to them, but Chroniko says she can't. She reveals that her family could barely even afford the boots she wears and says there is no way she can even afford a phone. -@VCookies100
