My OC HZ DST (###### ######## for full name) Is actually very strong except his power is sealed by ??? so he seem weak (Well have control of natural disaster but still) But when his power no longer sealed he would be very strong . He would use all of his power since phase 4.5 (only when his power is unsealed) and then on phase 5 you have an ####### ######### - DST
