I put more facial hair on him because Horrortale takes years after the neutral run in Undertale. How Sans manages to live with a hole in his brain is a mystery and seems pretty unrealistic, but you gotta admit it's pretty creepy. Also his eye is red here because it's filled with blOod, wOah-
