Monarch's Baton

Description: During the island's primal form, the land was overrun by vast majority of Dark clands. They were guided by the night monarch who seeks revenge for Oryx and the Void Entity. Both were rather powerful and tries to steal monarch's army. But all of a sudden, when one dark shinobi invented this scepter, it had gained a blood curdling power, a power that cannot be obtained for eons.. It was then thrown away from the island because it was so powerful, the island was partially destroyed at its desolate form.
