The Colorfection (Arc version, not just casual RP) is meant to only infect about 10 OCs, just to combine into a PAM Amalgamation, a picture we would of saw a long time ago. (Yes, I just decided to make that the ultimate enemy for the arc, afterwards, a second arc would be to get rid of the infection.
