V3 is the previous PAM Metropolis, V4 is an entirely changed landscape, with a central mountain with V2's town surrounding it, with the part as the center instead of a center emblem, snowy caves and mountains, volcano, desert, basically PAM in my scrapped arc, it's kinda canon now.
