I just noticed something about Undertale just by watching something.. In the neutral run you don't kill every single monster but you do kill the king.. and once the king dies another person has to stand up to be the king.. and if 6 humans all in the same order as last time fall and die and then the seventh human conquers the king then it is an endless cycle.. if frisk was really that smart and evil they'd choose to do the neutral run.. and if the humans were in the same order over and over and over it would be an endless cycle of pain and misery.. restarting genocide would just make them all forget and so would pacifist.. but as long as the cycle stays the same.. NEUTRAL is the most genocidal.. murderous and evil route you could ever manage to have..
