Roosevelt of the United States proposed a Second Bill of Rights in 1945, although he did not live long enough to pass it. 75 years later, it still has not been passed. Because of this, no one on American soil has the right to employment, or the right to work with the free provision of food, clothes, and a living wage; farmers' rights to a fair income; freedom from "unfair competition" and monopolies; free housing; free medical care; free social security; and free education. Maybe we should look into that.
