The third one, looks normal, but isn't, he was technically a super solider when he was human, but nanobots the size of cells replicated his actual cells and killed/replaced them, and the nanobots are supposed to be the enhanced version of cells, so having super solider nanobot cells, he is practically an immortal, non-organic being, who can create anything he wants to with his nanobots, since he doesn't need vital organs.
