The worst thing to do is sleep in. Get on a normal schedule, wake up at 9:30 or earlier. Eat a good breakfest, and start out your work right away. You can listen to music, and high BPM music is the best to keep your blood flowing. A shower might help you wake up in the morning, just make sure to wake up about half an hour earlier to account for the shower. Make sure you do your work in a sitting position, in helps with concentration. Thats my advice. Work for as long as you can, and if you have more to do afterword, take a hour and hour break. Just make sure you don't fall asleep during your break.
