Description: Fog Man | Originally made to monitor cloud formations, its design was made to blend in with the foggy mountaintops, but other than that, it lacks any special features. After Dr. Wily got his hands on the design, he increased the output and density of the fog generator, so much infact that it can cover an entire building.
