So, here's my theory. These two are the antagonists of Deltarune Chapter 3. Sort of like how King was 1 and Queen was 2. And the reason why Spamton says "SOON I'LL EVEN SURPASS THAT DAMNED [[Clown Around Town!]]" (Which we all thought meant Jevil at the time, although that doesn't make much lore sense.) is actually because he wants to be better than Tenna. So he can be Mike's Assistant.
