Description: Mettaton was one of the Royal Ghosts who rule certain parts of Underground, Maddstablook ruled Snowdin and the Waterfall, Mettaton ruled the Ruins and Hotland and Napstablook ruled over the Captial. But now Mettaton only rules the Ruins. Napstablook rules everywhere but the Ruins and Maddstablook rules the flowers in the Ruins.
