Description: Alphys has recently figured out how to create inter - dimensional portals, and needs someone to test one out. The only person who volunteers to do the testing is Sans. He goes through the portal which takes him into Underswap. After exploring for awhile, he comes across what appears to be his bro, wearing an orange sweatshirt and drinking ketchup. "great imitation of me, paps, but how did you manage to mess up on the color of my sweatshirt? and how did you get here anyway?" Sans says to Underswap Papyrus. He replies with "what do you mean, sans? you're imitating me! and i'm always here! i am going to doctor undyne's to test out her new inter - dimensional portal today, though." Suddenly Underswap Sans walks up. "What's up Papyrus? And who's this?" "who are you?" Sans replies. "my name's sans!" they both say at the same time. "WAIT A SECOND, THERE'S TWO SANS' NOW?" Underwap Paps responds. "hey guys, i think i know what's going on! follow me!" Sans says. He leads them to Doctor Alphys' portal. "right through this portal is the answer to all our questions!" They arrive back in Alphys' lab, where Sans tells her all about how he supposedly met an alternate universe version of himself. Alphys gets very interested in the fact that there is a swapped version of Sans and Paps, and winds up doing DNA tests on them to see if it is actually the same. But eventually, one of the tests goes wrong, and combines the SOULS of Underswap Paps and Sans, therefore creating this character. If you're wondering about the crack in his head, when the experiment went wrong, Alphys stumbled and accidentally knocked over a shelf, which fell on Sans, who, because of now having Underswap Papyrus' SOUL combined with his own, he now had 2 HP instead of one, but the extra health was taken away when the fallen shelf hit him, leaving a permanent crack in his head Lucky for him, he still got to keep the extra ATK!
