The place might have been naturally cursed, as silly as it may seem. Across the road, there used to be a house. In that house, a man hacked his wife to death with an ax after an affair. Also, there was a flower garden. Before it was made, there was a cabin. One of my great-grandmother's siblings, a 14-year-old boy died there after the house caught on fire. I believe 3 men who were cremated also had their ashes spread around the garden.
