Naon is from a warrior clan. She was deemed useless and exiled because she lost her sight, one of the strongest attributes of her race. The species is not really known to scientists, as they've managed to stay hidden for centuries. Naon is the most recent example of the race (Called Nekoniks by scientists), Because she can't hide with the rest of them.
