her name is toriel. the AU we're in is appearantly negativetale. negativetale, i don't know much about mainly, but i do know that tori and asgore both lost chara and asriel like in undertale. but they all fell into big depresso. now toriel thinks you're chara for some reason. as for asgore, i dunno.
