you beat their asses one by one, many by many until it's just the big man that's left. oh wow, that wasn't so hard! until he absorbs the dead guards-in-command and becomes animalistic, his anchor head turns into one of a shark's with the anchor as its face, and he grows much, MUCH larger than he was, and so does his anchor. he's the size of, i don't know, a whale. but humanoid. his anchor's also the size of a galleon. so wouldn't you know it- most of your allies have been knocked unconscious from a single swing of his anchor, and the stronger ones panic and try to de-buff and whittle him down as much as possible while he flies into rage and destroys a good chunk of the sea districts, especially, the grand one has taken a horrible hit!
