cheap hero sans.he's pretty much what you'd expect from his name...hes a sans with a low budges,and a hobby of making costumes.he is still the one chara faces in his world at the end of each genocide,its just that they have to go against a guy who make capes,masks,and shoulder pads for a living.other then that,he is almost the exact same as a normal sans.
