It can be about anything. Doesn't have to be anything. I was honestly thinking, if you and I roleplayed, our characters could just talk. And an arc is like a big storyline, usually gets planned weeks ahead and has quite a bit of buildup. The climax of an arc is usually some kind of boss battle of sorts.
