He's very nervous, always on edge, he says sorry over and over and overall doesn't do well with people despite his job... He always feels bad, but follows his rules to a Tee. If a person buys 2 problems fixed, he will offer them a contract that implies that he can never be sent to kill them, a... "Warranty"... of sorts. This costs only one quarter, 00.25c. He has all sorts of gadgets up his sleeves, always something to take out anybody, he always knows your weakness somehow... Whenever he says "SCHWÄCHE, OFFENBARE DICH!", Which is German for "WEAKNESS, REVEAL YOURSELF!", His body turns a melty-light blue, and it is immune to attack, and anything he touches is immediately forced to reveal its weakness. He somehow can have anything he could ever need on him, no matter what it is or how rediculous it is to get it. He can disappear into the darkness into some sort of pocket dimension when Need-B.
