so yeah Bella was like Sans and Pap's kid and she had to take medicine to help her sickness. Her fear trait made her able to know anybody's fear and so she would use that to help others conquer their fears. But she was bullied alot for having a fear soul trait, so Sans would have to protect her a lot.
