Lets get to the point, Ruin, they're not exactly Dusk, or a copy of her, They're more of an extension of Dusk. They're basically what a lot of people consider Chara to be to Frisk. Except a few things, they don't come out of hiding because of high lv, they fully control Dusk if she is put in a situation she cannot handle. Either coming out as a DustDust style form, or their own. They also have a parasite sort of thing inside of their eye, how it got there, they refuse to tell anyone, even Dusk herself.
