How is not being unecessary and beating around the bush a flaw and if you don’t have a problem with someone, including someone you’re close to, making a long term decision to alter their body for the simple purpose of style, ultimately displaying how they are quick to make big decisions for a small reason, and continue to display that to people around them, i would say you don’t care much for that person
