What if that crippled person was tormented by the other? Did the person who was killed was a truly deserving person of that crime? Did the crippled person do something to the other? What did the person do in order to warrant such punishment? What is the merit by then? Obviously, at the end of the day, the examples are merely based on moral values and it doesn't seem to contribute too much to my point.
