Before the humans started a war with the monsters, he was living on the surface. He lived in a very nice hotel with his buddy Sans. Than the humans did the magic spell to send monsters to the underground where he now resides. Kalfton then proceeded to live 5 years with Sans. One day, Sans was gone. Kalfton then proceeded to look into Sans's room, only to find a key. He realized where it went. There was always a strange grey door behind their house, but Kalfton could never find the key to it. That day, he opened it. He looked through the drawers, realizing the old royal scientist, Gaster, was also one of his buddies. He looked through some more, and found out that D̶Y̶I̶N̶G̶ I̶S̶ G̶A̶Y̶ Gaster was Sans's dad. He found a strange machine while looking around some more, and hopped into it. He hopped into it, not knowing it was a Machine for teleporting to different timelines. He ended up in the place he resides today, known as HEL- I mean PAM.
