I know that, as pollinators, bees support the growth of trees, flowers, and other plants, which serves as food (to us) and shelter/cover (for animals). They also absorb CO2. However, they have been disappearing recently, likely due to herbicide glyphosate released by products such as Roundup, which is toxic to bees.
