His design isn't very creative ether since he's mostly white, with red hair, claws, and tongue... He wears jeans with the golden tipped belt... His feathered tip tail isn't very creative ether as it's more of the angel dragons, side... Like- Really... So saying something isn't creative, well... It's basically true already since what the hell is really left that's actually creative eh?...

At some point we will end up reaching a point that nothing is really creative anymore as we've basically made everything... No really... Just take a look and think about it... When's the last time you "actually" made something creative at all?... The answer is you never did...

We take other ideas with more ideas and our own and blend them together, to make something new... Sans, by normal standards isn't a creative character... Toby Fox's, Sans, aka the original one... Isn't creative... Sans, is just a skeleton that tells bad puns are is lazy... His clothing choice isn't very creative ether really who is to say Sans, really only wears the jacket all the time because he can just store more ketchup in his pockets?..... Like think about it...
