cda17a but thats pretty damn close to what Controlling another persons character is considered im pretty sure, since the weapon does sound like your permanently taking away someones Magic (or atleast it is a terrible thing to use in a rp) its like for example: Your fighting someone and you use that and it hits a all magic person... that magic person is screwed and can only run and hope you dont just Gun him down in a rp. or fighting a big boss thats supposed to be hard but he mostly only uses magic. ya shoot em and ya hit...The Boss is screwed and now he is just about as strong as a stick on the ground (also i mean sure you can have a long Windup but I could have a really long windup on a 1 tap move, doesnt really change the fact its a 1 tap) its also why i use Physical and magical attacks
