7632ef There's not much to say, if goku doesnt know what their powers are he would most likely touch them and be screwed, if he does it doesnt matter if they can move when he sees them or not he'd be too fast for them to ever touch so he'd win, but thats under the suspicion that their powers still work when their frozen because I doubt they do meaning they wouldnt touch him
