e8cb42 FellVerse Terror would have a personality near identical to Madness's personality, only difference being is he can be chill SOMETIMES, yep, you know how Terror is mainly chill and sometimes Insane? well FellVerse Terror is mainly Insane and sometimes Chill, as i said about the identicality, hte one identical thing being, he doesnt kill (well now torture) for the fun of it or when he is bored, he feels as though they are deserving it
