MultiVerse in a nutshell: Madness gets bored of Delete, goes for Terror knowing how much it will hurt Multi, he makes Terrors head explode, for some reason black goop oozes and spurts out of his neck, though he is still alive, just has a smile, he is completely different in terms of personality, though he tries to be like his old self, but he has forgotten alot of shit, he doesnt remember anyone fully, but he tries to be himself, but its hard, Madness got Terrors eye goop on him from the explosion, making be a somewhat nice guy due to less emotion, Multi tried suiciding but Terror's Papyrus came around and possessed him at the cost of fucking up his emotions and body, Delete just sits there, cursed with immortality (caused by Madness) as he watches Madness go back to impersonating Delete
