990543 Number 7. Mom from TBoI. Ok, so the whole fight is awesome, and the easter egg where you can 1-shot her with the Bible is such a nice touch. Plus she's the best "final" boss in the game IMO

990543 Number 10. Time Itself, or The Paradox from Enter the Gungeon. When the Gungeoneers decided to frick with time, they didn't expect the consequences. Even though this is a playable character, I consider it to be the main antagonist, simply due to the fact that in the sequel, this Paradox has caused the Gungeon to fall apart.
