Its a timeline where well Asriel and Chara never died and lived long enough so that Asriel and Chara could be rulers but Chara realized how hard being King would be and they slaughtered a monster and went through the barrier, Asriel couldn't follow Chara; as being a monster. Asriel slowly falls into despair and fully replaces the roll of Asgore in the normal route.
