It's got all kinds of martials arts in there. A lot of characters do Aikido, Paps does karate, Asgore and the Royal Guards do Jujitsu. There's some decent variety, some forms of martial arts I've never even heard of. For example, Sans in genocide does something called Krav Maga, combined with kickboxing.
