smh why you gotta ruin my fun like that, yes its copper. hemocyanine, like hemoglobin, is a molecule found in the blood of some invertebraes that carries oxygen, but unlike hemoglobin, it uses iron. Since copper also rusts, but into a greenish blue color instead.
