...well, giving yourself the mindset of needing to get better and better will cause you to most likely think any wrong thing that happens will be the absolute worst thing ever. if that makes sense. you could set too high of expectations on yourself without even realizing it. and eventually, you may just fall into a spiral of self doubt about your own progress
