Description: The luxray here is a water and electric type pokeman's.The cloud parts (not the little markings) were done by SAL, (meaning the cloud around the lighting bolt and the head cloud part was done by her) this took a pretty long time to make, there is two more pokemon i have to make til im finished, (the two is Hatterene and ((maybe??)) Dragapult) hope you like dis one (also the raindrops on the tail is real raindrops, and the lighting bolt is a light he can make)
