Simply put, this is the dream world. This part of the dream world is called the Nexus. Outside these rooms you might have noticed some random objects on the ground around the area, touching those take you to different worlds, last world me, Pinky, and Magolor all went to was a city-like world. The further you go, the more worlds you can discover. That said, in some of these worlds, you might be able to find something or someone that can grant you your very own ability, I often like to call these 'Effect's but I do switch around the terms sometimes--
