[ old man and oliver enter the scene. ] O.M : I’ve found the youngin. Max : Oliver, read this. [ he gives Oliver the paper. ] Oliver : What is it? Max : a possible clue. O.M : Don't take too long. We’ve only got around 30 minutes on stage. [ max and oliver looked at him confused before turning back to the page ] Oliver : I think I remember this.. Yeah, It was after I was abandoned again. Max : Then I'm right, this place does have the answers to our pasts. Oliver : and why we can't remember anything. [ the old man gets up and starts to leave. ] O.M : welp, I might as well look in other places for other papers. Since I'm a core element to the plot. [ leave scene ] Oliver : Why is he so different from my memory? Was he always crazy? Max : never mind that, we need to look around and find the others stories. [ oliver and max look around the scene for different stories, Max finds a paper and reads it while Oliver still searches the torn papers and reads it to themselves. ] Oliver : Max, Are you alright? Max : [ stuffs the paper in there pocket. ] Yeah! uh, Just.. how's the search? Oliver : [ passes the paper they found to Max ] This one is mostly intact, it’s amber. Max : [ sits down and reads amongst himself. ] Oliver : w-what does it say? Max : Here, I’m going and getting amber. When she comes around, give it to her.
